To contact you via Phone, email, regular mail or any other way in relation with promotional and information purposes of the Company.
Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary for the required service but that allow us to provide a better assistance:
Gastronomy news, Publicity and promotions. Invitation to our events and publicity notices. Gifts. Guest satisfaction Surveys. Statistic and internal analysis purposes.
In case you disagree with your personal data use for the secondary purposes, you need to express your objection. This objection will not be a reason to be denied of products and services you request from us.
It will be understood that you tacitly consent to the processing of your information if you do not express objection.
The temporality of personal data processing will depends on the relationship they have with Tora, as well as the obligations demanded by current legislation, authorities and internal policies of TORA.

--Identification data including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address, date of birth, image of the holder when entering the facilities of Tora through the security surveillance cameras, RFC (tax payer ID) and CURP (Clave Unica de Registro de la Poblacion)
--Work information including but not limited to profession, work phone, work email, work fax. –Invoice data, bank reference, Fiscal address, RFC.
Whom do we share this information with and for which purposes?
We share your Personal Information within Mexico with the following people, companies and authorities for the se purposes:

Rights of the Personal Data Holder
According to the federal law on protection of personal data held by private parties, from January 6th 2012, you can, as Personal Data Holder, execute your rights of Access, rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, known as “ARCO rights” (as long as it legally proceeds). You can also revoke at any time the consent you have given for the treatment of your personal data or limit the use or disclosure of them. Whenever your request proceeds, the transfer of your Personal Data will be free of charge and you must pay only for justified shipping costs or reproduction costs for copies or other formats needed required by law.

1) Your subscription to the public Registry to avoid Publicity, this is under Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor charge, with the purpose of having your personal data not used for publicity or promotions for retail or service companies. 2) Register in the exclusion list “LISTA DE EXCLUSION TORA”, so that your data is not used for marketing, publicity or commercial prospect from us.

There are several parts in TORA´s website that can connect to other websites that don’t work under TORA’s privacy policies; when you connect to other websites, TORA’S privacy policies are not valid. We urge you to check the privacy policies and the Notice of such policies of each site before revealing any personal information.
If The Holder shares Personal data, we will imply that the terms have been read, understood and accepted.
